Automatic credit return

If AuditScore cannot access the URL you submitted (for example the site is offline, blocks all crawlers or returns errors on every attempt), the credit is automatically returned to your account.

Unused credits

Credits that have not been used can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, minus any transaction fees, in accordance with UK consumer law.

Completed audits

Because a completed audit is a delivered digital service, completed reports are not refundable. If you believe a report is materially incorrect, contact hello@auditscore.co.uk and we will review it.
