AuditScore ("we", "us") provides an impartial website audit service. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Data we collect

• Account information: name, email and password hash.
• Purchase information: order references and receipts (payment card details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers).
• Audit inputs: the URLs, contextual answers and reference notes you submit.
• Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, IP address and device information.

How we use it

To provide, secure and improve the service, deliver purchases, communicate with you about your account, and comply with our legal obligations.

Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors necessary to run the service (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, error monitoring). We do not sell data.

Retention

We retain account and audit data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights
